North Beach Carriage & Boat House

Carley’s task with the North Beach Boat House entailed removing an existing, crumbling structure set on old creosote pilings, navigating a tight space to drive more than a dozen galvanized steel pilings 20 feet into the ground, and creating a platform capable of carrying the weight of the new structure. A complete rebuild of the adjacent dock, and installation of a new, state-of-the art boat lift followed the completion of the boat house.
