Buxton Center for the Arts

With its dramatic wave-form roof, ceiling plane of expressed wood, and glass and wood curtain wall enclosing the two-story lobby space, the LEED Gold-certified Buxton Center for Bainbridge Performing Arts sustainably celebrates the landscape and architectural history of Bainbridge Island. The Carley team was delighted to work with LMN Architects and a bevy of talented design partners and subcontractors to wrangle numerous engineering and construction challenges and bring this new, state-of-the-art cultural space to life in the heart of our community.
